All items are shipped/posted within 5 working days of payment received.

Returns within 7 working days.

Damaged goods must be reported immediately and proof provided in the form of a photograph.  Using the internet (email) to speed up the settlement process, is recommended.

Carriage charges are over and above the cost of goods.
